NAS has to correct itself before reaching healthy low-risk ATHs

Nasdaq has to correct itself before we can safely reach new ATHs. We await the FOMC minutes and the rate cuts. If cuts are indeed only 0.25bps the market will respond negatively. The market may spike with 0.50 and be mute for a while.
0.25bps has been priced in for weeks already.
